Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Please note that returns must be requested and approved before sending any items back. Do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Products not in their original condition or missing parts
Items returned after 30 days from delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange, please contact us at cs@colaboxhub.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Our support team will assist you with the next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping fees may be deducted where applicable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Order Issues

Cancellations
